Anne Holmes ( ) has been a freelance indexer since 1982, and has combined indexing with graduate school, teaching Chinese, and librarianship, among other things. She holds an M.A. in Asian Studies and an M.L.S. She also teaches an indexing course, was the president of the Maine Indexers Group (MIG), and continues to index for university and trade presses with EdIndex, which was founded by her parents, Olive and Wyman Holmes.
Olive Holmes, ( obituary ) was former executive editor for the Fairbank Center for East Asian Research and founded Edindex in 1980 with her late husband, Wyman Holmes, Associate Director of the Lincoln Filene Center at Tufts University. She died on August 22, 2003, and is greatly missed
Ed Prucha ( obituary ) is founder and past president of the Maine Indexers Group (MIG), and has had wide experience as a database programmer. Although he has compiled indexes on a variety of subjects, he specializes in computer and technical manuals and business indexes.
Rob Rudnick ( ) is a computer consultant with extensive experience in systems analysis and program design. He focuses on keeping EdIndex current with the latest developments in electronic indexing and publishing.
